Mette Hornbeck is a partner and marketing manager in Faktor 3. With many years of experience as key account manager in particular Berlingske Media, Benjamin Media and Lauritz.com she is accustomed to work with markets that change rapidly. In Factor 3, she is constantly at the forefront of the latest trends and always has a plan for how our customers can get the most of them.

René Kirstein Harboe is partner and CTO of the Faktor 3. He has many years of experience in electronics development and has among other things, developed solutions for pharmaceutical, solar and wind turbine industry. He has great focus on smart systems, production management and quality assurance, and of course the core of our products SUN POWER MANAGEMENT .

Morten Elmdam works closely with Rene for the continuous development of electronics, which we perform for our clients and for the internal development that we focus on in order to constantly be in front of our SUN POWER MANAGEMENT . Morten is from IHK (Engineering College of Copenhagen).

Fabian Bühler is our unparalleled solar expert. He was educated in Germany at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, where it is possible to specialize in solar cells. Fabian is in charge of calculations related to light radiation and solar, and correspondence with subcontractors.

Barbara Bentzen founded Factor 3 in summer 2006 and today she is CEO and chief of design. With her master's degree from Denmark's Design School and past work at the Technological Institute, she specializes in the coupling between solar cells and design.

Frank Nissen is the fourth partner in the Faktor 3. He participates at a strategic level in business development. His entrepreneurial spirit and long experience as director of a large number of healthy companies is invaluable Faktor 3.

Anne Lundsfryd is our skilled design intern. She holds a Master of Design from Danmarks Designskole, and is behind big parts of the product designs of Faktor 3. Moreover she makes our product and client presentations.
